💡 Ideas & Feedback
Keeping Cookonut up to date ensures you have the latest features, performance improvements, and bug fixes. Here’s how to check your current version and stay updated.
How to Check Your Version
- Open Cookonut
- Go to the More tab
- Scroll down and tap About
- Your current app version is displayed at the top
Why Updates Matter
Each update may include:
- New features — we’re constantly adding ways to make cooking and planning easier
- Bug fixes — resolving issues reported by users
- Performance improvements — faster loading, smoother animations, less battery usage
- Security patches — keeping your account and data safe
If you’re experiencing a problem, the first thing to check is whether you’re running the latest version. Many issues are resolved by simply updating.
Where to Find Release Notes
Release notes describe what changed in each version. You can find them in two places:
- App Store (iOS) — open the Cookonut listing and scroll to “What’s New”
- Google Play (Android) — open the Cookonut listing and look under “What’s New”
Release notes are also occasionally shared on our social media channels for major updates.
