💡 Ideas & Feedback
Cookonut subscriptions are processed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Refund requests must be submitted to them directly — we don’t have access to your payment information.
Request a Refund on iOS
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Find the Cookonut charge in your purchase history
- Select “I’d like to request a refund” and choose a reason
- Submit the request
Apple typically responds within 48 hours. Refund policies are at Apple’s discretion.
Request a Refund on Android
- Open the Google Play Store
- Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history
- Find the Cookonut transaction
- Tap it and select Refund
Alternatively, visit play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory.
Google’s refund window is typically within 48 hours of purchase for subscriptions. After that, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
What We Can Help With
While we can’t process refunds directly, our support team can:
- Confirm your subscription status
- Help troubleshoot issues that led to the refund request
- Provide documentation if needed for your refund claim
If you’re requesting a refund because something isn’t working, contact us first — we may be able to fix the problem.
