How to Request a Refund

Cookonut subscriptions are processed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Refund requests must be submitted to them directly — we don’t have access to your payment information.

Request a Refund on iOS

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID
  3. Find the Cookonut charge in your purchase history
  4. Select “I’d like to request a refund” and choose a reason
  5. Submit the request

Apple typically responds within 48 hours. Refund policies are at Apple’s discretion.

Request a Refund on Android

  1. Open the Google Play Store
  2. Tap your profile iconPayments & subscriptionsBudget & history
  3. Find the Cookonut transaction
  4. Tap it and select Refund

Alternatively, visit play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory.

Google’s refund window is typically within 48 hours of purchase for subscriptions. After that, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
